Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Lead and manage the Business Development team across all segments
•⁠  ⁠Drive partnerships, business growth, and revenue initiatives
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
•⁠  ⁠Monitor and maintain team KPIs, KRAs, and overall performance metrics
•⁠  ⁠Mentor, guide, and motivate team members
•⁠  ⁠Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations
•⁠  ⁠Build strong stakeholder and client relationships
•⁠  ⁠Ensure target achievement and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠  ⁠5–6+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Growth roles
•⁠  ⁠Prior experience in crowdfunding, healthcare fundraising, NGOs, social impact, or related sectors preferred
•⁠  ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
•⁠  ⁠Passionate about creating impact and driving meaningful change
•⁠  ⁠Self-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset
