Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaign creatives.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars.
  • Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
  • Drive organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Help amplify social impact stories and campaigns.
Must-Have Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in social media or digital content.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Ability to create content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and growth.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Ability to understand audience behavior and adapt content accordingly.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for social impact, storytelling, or purpose-driven brands.
Good to Have Skills
  • Experience in the social sector, NGOs, or impact-driven brands.
  • Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, YouTube content).
  • Experience with influencer marketing or community building.
  • Understanding of paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround time.
  • Visual sensibility and understanding of brand aesthetics.
